House Credit
House Credit is a prepaid care subscription designed for people who want their home properly cared for, not reactively, not in emergencies, but thoughtfully and over time.
Rather than booking work ad-hoc or waiting for problems to escalate, House Credit allows you to plan ahead. Each month, credit is added to your account and held ready for when care is needed, whether that’s seasonal maintenance, additional support, or small improvements that keep things as they should be.
This subscription supports ongoing household care, not one-off or emergency works.
Choose your level of care
House Credit is available in three tiers, each designed around different household rhythms:
Essential, for steady, sensible care. £99 per month. Plus, for active households and regular use. £149 per month. Premier, for larger homes and high-touch coordination. £199 per month.
Each tier includes a fixed monthly credit amount, preferential House pricing when credit is used, and priority scheduling appropriate to your level of care.
